Summer 2001, I just recorded this set on a cassette and listened to it over and over in my Walkman, and after 23 years I'm holding the same Walkman in my hand and the cassette is still in it. I couldn't believe that I would ever see the Tracklist, you don't know how happy I am, thank you very much

This - and the '1998 - Deep Forest' Trance Set (also by Tiesto) are the greats Dj-Sets ever produced imo. At least three times a year I'm vining to these two masterpieces! ❤
Oakey's Essential Mix live at Creamfields Liverpool 1999 (from his Essential Mix World Tour), and Tiesto's 2000 Trance Energy set, cannot be touched as best live trance sets of all time. They're unreal and they both paint the landscape of when trance was in its prime.
uncle showed me trance growing up im 28 now and absolutely miss this tiesto 💯 godly set
